I've created a new market launch for a leading international company resulting in $1 million in sales. Developed a package for a major publisher cumulating in a 45% response rate. Exceeded projection by 65% for a famous company in the midst of a recession. And earned more than a dozen national and local awards along the way. I hold a B.A. in English Literature from Indiana University and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Michigan. I'm a member of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing as well as Independent Writers of Chicago.
